In order to ensure that changes to the listing are uniform across the listing sites, changes must be made within ARC. For these sites specifically, this means that as long as you are logged in via your Agent or Managing Broker account while making the changes that we at Corporate are then notified about the changes and then make them for you on these commercial listing sites (for the other sites like Zillow and Lands of America, that have a feed, the changes are fed overnight automatically).
